French born Jerome enjoys fishing with the local fisherman in the mornings to bring in the days catch. On his days off you will find him foraging in the local woods. Along with Sous Chef Azure and the kitchen team they work hard to put the best Cornwall has to offer on your plate.

Dawn is passionate about championing Cornish makers of wines, ciders, ales and spirits. Alongside Ryan, the General Manager, who excels at cocktail making, and the front of house team who strive to give you the best experience.
